Why is the water in my wate wash spray booth not flowing over the walls?

•  Water level too low or too high

•  Unseen foaming behind the wall

•  Louvres or entrainment ducts dirty & blocked

Solution -

Booth requires Cleaning & Spray Booth Water Treatment

 

Why is my Spray Booth not reaching required temperature?

•  Inlet filters dirty & blocked

•  Burner not working to its optimum

Solution - Install new Inlet filters & service burner

 

Why am I getting dust and dirt in my paintwork?

•  Exhaust filters blocked & overloaded

•  Door seals worn / Booth Needs to be re-sealed

•  Door catches worn

•  Inlet filters blocked and loading dust onto your work ( booth not running positive pressure?)
